She's done it. Lydia turned 1!!!

Lydia turned 1 last week. We're still a little bit in shock, but she's always just so grown-up, I guess it shouldn't be too much of a surprise :)

A bunch of these uploaded sideways and I can't figure out how to turn them, but they're too cute and I refuse to delete them. Sorry!

Anyway, at 1 year of age, Lydia:

• Does not even weigh 20lbs, even though she is a voracious eater of all things. 
• sleeps 12-13 hours EVERY night! 
• still only has her bottom 2 teeth, even though the top two and 4 on the sides are trying to cut through all at once. She's not a chewer though!
• is a super super cuddly baby and a fantastic hugger! 
• usually sticks her tongue out to the side, really cute :) 
• has a favorite blankie - the pink knitted afghan from Nordstrom that was a gift from the Winklers when she was born. She always falls asleep chewing it. 
• drools in her sleep, as evidenced by the large puddles in her crib when she wakes up (she doesn't have any bottles in there, and her diapers don't leak and are never wet on the outside when she wakes up. it's just all by her head!) 
• still dances naked after her bathtime :) 
• is still a cruiser and a stander, but not a walker. 
• is down to 1 nursing/day, but has never bitten me :) 
• is a MOVER! she gets really mad if you try to keep her in one spot :S 
• wants to drink from a big cup, but mostly ends up dumping it all on her face. She keeps trying though. 
• is amazing in the car - we put her in her carseat and almost forget she's there, because she never makes any noise even though she doesn't fall asleep anymore. 
• knows how to SHRIEK when she doesn't get her way right away. We think Gabby taught her. 
• likes to play on the piano :) 
• has the tiniest little feet that still only fit in newborn shoes.
• LOVED her birthday cake; see below for proof!
