GOING PRIVATE & 18 months!

Before I forget, we're going private, so if you'd like to still read our blog, be sure to post your email address so that I can add you!

Gabby turned 18 months old on Wednesday! It's amazing to look back at how much she has grown, and crazy to think that our little girl is growing up :)

At 18 months, Gabby:
~ weighs 25 lbs
~ is 32 1/2" tall
~ is starting to build a vocabulary! She says "up", "Mommy", "Dad", "uh-oh", "bubble", "apple", "ball", "meow", "moo", "baby", and probably lots of other things that we didn't know she was saying amidst all of the babble :)
~ is a fantastic eater. She loves cucumbers and bananas and apples and raisins and rice and lasagna and... just about anything we put in front of her. She still doesn't know what junk food is, as we're still pretty vigilant about not giving her very sugary or salty foods.
~ will drink milk at anybody else's house except ours :S
~ loves going down slides
~ loves to play in the dirt or the gravel, and ignores the rest of the playground
~ is starting to interact more with other kids, it's very very cute :)
~ has started going to nursery and loves it!
~ still has curly golden hair and blue eyes, although the blue has turned more grey as she's gotten older.
~ is a really great sleeper - she sleeps solid most nights from about 7pm to 8am, and she still naps most days, as long as she burns enough energy in the morning.
~ loves to spin on Daddy's computer chair
~ loves to Dance! Dance! Dance!
~ has just figured out how to Spin in circles :)
~ likes Jumping on the couch :D
~ has developed the annoying habit of spitting out her water - that's when she's "all done!"
~ has taste - she always gets shy and bashful, and then flirty, around the missionaries! Is it the suits? Is it the presence of the Spirit? Either way, it's hilarious :)
~ has learned the fine art of the Tantrum. we're very impressed :S
~ loves figuring out how things work - buttons, stacking cups, zippers, etc.
~ thinks it's hilarious when Mommy and Daddy sing "Old MacDonald" with all of the funny animal noises
~ has started matching animal noises to their pictures - the other day we were reading a book with a picture of a cow, and she pointed to it and said "Moo". She also always finds the pictures of the kitties so that Mommy will meow for her :)

Probably lots more, but this is a lot of the main stuff :)

Don't forget to post your email so you can stay tuned!
